London Marathon 2027 Application

The TCS London Marathon is one of the world’s most iconic races and we’re very excited to be a part of it!

We’d love to welcome you to Team SpecialEffect either as a ballot winner or the winner of one of our limited number of charity places. However you run for us, we’ll support you all the way with:

• Dedicated 1:1 fundraising support, including access to a range of fundraising materials and advice
• A SpecialEffect running vest or T-shirt with the option to add your name to it for race day
• Access to the Team SpecialEffect WhatsApp community to keep in touch with the other runners
• A SpecialEffect race-day cheer point to help get you over the finish line

You must be aged 18 or over on the day of the race.

Apply for a SpecialEffect charity place

We have a limited number of charity places available and our application form (link below) is live until the end of July. For our charity places, we ask that successful runners pay a non-refundable entry fee of £100 and pledge to raise a minimum of £3000. We appreciate this is a big ask but each place costs us upwards of £1200 and so we need to ensure costs are covered in order for us to still be able to help the wonderful people we support.
