After years of development, testing and collaboration, we’re incredibly proud to announce that Open Drive is now available now available on the App Store. It’s our first game for iPhone and iPad and, we hope, a significant step forward in accessible mobile gaming.
Created by SpecialEffect with developers Sun and Moon Studios, the Open Drive app is a free, multi-accessible driving game, designed for people with a wide range of physical abilities. Made to be played with your preferred controls on your iPhone and iPad, Open Drive puts every player in the driver’s seat, letting you explore vibrant landscapes, master daring stunts and enjoy immersive gameplay at your own pace.

Specifically created for players with a wide range of physical abilities, Open Drive has been designed with motor accessibility firmly in mind so there’s a minimum of setup involved to match the way you play.
We’ve built in features like game speed adjustment, eye-gaze inclusion and auto steer to max out your gaming experience.
