Ryan plays Call of Duty using his hands, legs and voice!

Ryan’s muscular dystrophy means he has limited movement, but this week Frankie and Joe helped him to boss Call of Duty by finding out exactly which of these movements could be harnessed to control his PS4.

He’s now back in the game with a low-force joystick under the fingers of his right hand, a couple of light-touch switches positioned carefully by two fingers of his left hand, and a small button switch by each leg. The team mapped these four switches to Walk Forward, Aim, Shoot and Reload, and added voice controls to Jump, Crouch and Change Weapon using a laptop plugged into the PS4.

A complex setup, but totally worth it. Great to see you enjoying your gaming again, Ryan!
