Proud of their passion - gamers and the Multiplay Effect

After a long week at the coal face it's easy to slink home on a Friday evening to slip out of work mode and relax, Which is why we were incredibly grateful to see so many people from the games community and press at our Multiplay social meetup last week.

But what really bowled us over was the genuine and continuing enthusiasm from gamers themselves about what we're trying to do. Gamers get it. They get the need and the urgency to level the playing field for disabled people, and they pick up on the technology very fast.

They're also incredibly generous. With the help of the wonderful team at Multiplay, who have adopted us as their charity of the year, the evening raised nearly £250.

linkups with organisations like Multiplay are essential. They're at the heart of the gaming community and their generosity gives us a platform to tell more people about the magic moments we’re giving disabled people every week.

A huge thank you to everyone who made the effort  to be there.
