What a walk!

It's taken a long time to recover, but what a Walk4Matt that was! There are so many wonderful dedicated people and organisations to thank for their amazing generosity, determination and contributions that we simply dare not thank them all individually for fear of leaving someone out!

It was a fantastic week, and you can get a flavour of it at www.walk4matt.org/blog.html. We're already looking forward to next year's walk!

Below are some of the fantastic walkers that joined us during the week. The man with the crutches is Matt Grimes, who Matt met in hospital and had suffered a similar injury to himself. He completed all but one day of the Walk4Matt 2010. This amazing man who still finds it difficult to walk any great distance managed to complete around 90 miles, somedays walking from 5am in the morning until 7 or 8 in the evening. Just one remarkable story from a remarkable week.
