36 mile challenge!

Katie Ellis, one of SpecialEffect’s Marathon runners daughters and her four friends Callum , Bethany, Rachel and Rhiannon took on a challenge to walk 17 laps (10 miles) of Lake Meadow. The challenge was to help Katie’s Dad, Barrie Ellis with his London Marathon fundraising.

They all put in an amazing effort and walked until their ankles, blisters and achy feet couldn’t go on anymore! Between them they walked 36 miles and raised over £100 for SpecialEffect which is an amazing team effort.
